The Salzmännchegaart (garden of the salt producer) was named after a legend from Born, according to which a little salt producer used to live near the local salt springs on the Sauer river who liked to scare people. A large geological profile built in stone, a small theatre made of the different types of building blocks from Luxembourg and a barefoot path with different types of rock illustrate the geology of the region in an intelligible way.
