In our fruit conservation course you can acquire the necessary knowledge to preserve food safely. This way you can enjoy the fruits from the orchards all year round. You will learn from Microtarians S.à.r.l. in theory and practice how to preserve fruits and vegetables. The focus here is on fermentation.

The course will take place on 6 October from 15-18 h at the Ecole du Goût in Brandenbourg (1B, Haaptstrooss L-9360 Brandenbourg). The rooms are equipped barrier-free.
