In cooperation with the Parents’ Association of the Municipality of Nommern, the Natur- & Geopark Mëllerdall organises an exciting rally for young and old around the geosite of the year “Champignon”. While the little nature pirates have to solve big tasks on the way, they will also learn all kinds of curiosities about our region.

What to expect?

– a family rally with 14 stations, suitable for children aged 4 and over

– a route of around 5 km (not barrier-free!) and 156 metres in altitude, for which you should plan around 2,5-3 hours

– You will be accompanied by the pirate Vince, who will give the children tasks to solve in the middle of nature, while the parents will have to answer tricky knowledge questions about the region and the tasks of the Natur- & Geopark Mëllerdall.

– The questions and tasks are given in Luxembourgish.

How does it work?

– The rally can be done on your own, between the 12th and the 30th of May with the help of the app “Actionbound”.

– Download the app “Actionbound” on your smartphone and use the app to scan the following QR code or search for the bound under the name: Naturpiraterallye.

– Go to the school in Nommern, which is the starting point, and follow the signs and instructions of pirate Vince.

Participation is free of charge. Please remember to wear clothes that are suitable for the weather conditions and that can get a little dirty, so that the little nature pirates can embark fully into the adventure.
