Do you have apple or pear trees in your orchard and have always wanted to know which varieties they are?

If you would like to have your apple and pear varieties determined by a pomologist, you can hand in a sample consisting of 4-5 fruits per tree to us between 15 September and 15 October.

Here are a few tips on how best to proceed: Hand in a few specimens of the same tree. Fruit hanging on the outside of the tree is best for identification. The apples and pears must be ripe so that they can be identified correctly. If you want to identify fruit from several trees, it is best to make a note of which fruit comes from which tree.

The apples and pears can be handed in during the week from 8h00-17h00 at the Nature Park House (8, rue de l’Auberge L-6315 Beaufort).
