The orchard meadow as a learning environment for school classes & families

In the context of the ” Month of the Orchard“, a month in the Natur- & Geopark Mëllerdall which is dedicated to the theme of meadow orchards, the “Naturparkschoul” has also taken up this topic from an educational point of view. In order to focus on these elements that are so characteristic for the cultural landscape of the Mëllerdall region, a so-called “Léierbongert” for children from the age of 10 was installed in a meadow orchard belonging to regional producer Georges Schiltz in Rosport. This consists of 8 cross-curricular learning stations and is aimed at pupils from cycle 4.

From 28 September to 5 October, teachers and families are invited to visit the “Léierbongert” with their children in Rosport. The meadow orchard is open to the public throughout the week. Please find below the most important informations:
